The Magical Moon Educational, Survival Sanctuary for Children

Our mission at The Magical Moon Foundation is to nurture and empower children with cancer and other life threatening conditions and their families by teaching healthy ways to deal with challenges and stress.

In an age of medical advances and research capabilities, the physical manifestations of an illness can often take center stage. Doctors and medical personnel often focus on the scientific aspect of invading illnesses and on how medicine and other medical treatments can be used in response to treat the body. And with a system full of “specialists,” practitioners often focus on their area of expertise, without looking at the bigger picture.

While there are many wonderful organizations that support research, Magical Moon uniquely strives to empower children to manifest miracles in their lives. Our five acre, organic farm with an ocean view has proven to be the perfect environment for imbuing essential survival skills and healing for children on a journey with cancer and other life threatening conditions. Our sloping acreage filled with funky, out-of-the-box buildings, adventures, animals, gardens, and childlike shelters is the perfect setting to escape an often-tedious life, that’s filled with treatments and tremendous challenges.

We focus on whole body health, understanding that Mind, Body, and Spirit must all work together in order for us to be healthy.
