Do you have a child who is aging out of the system? If you do, you know what I'm talking about. It's a scary prospect, knowing that your special needs child is no longer eligible for as much support when they need it even more with living arrangements, guidance and just day to day functioning.

If you are interested in coming to a support group to discuss ideas on how to move forward please let Donna know. She has an idea you may be interested in hearing.
